One of Dyer County High School's goals is to see that the parents and guardians - like the students themselves - feel at home at DCHS. To accomplish this DCHS has put together an exciting summer geared toward getting incoming students and their families acquainted with Dyer County High School and making them feel like a Choctaw!

FRESHMAN FRENZY
July 24, 2008, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
A one-half day orientation camp for all incoming freshmen to help them get acquainted with the school and with each other with fun activities. No transportation will be provided.

FRESHMAN OPEN HOUSE
July 29, 2008, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
A night for both freshmen and their parents to see the school, pick up their schedules, meet the teachers, have their school pictures made, and be ready for school on Thursday, July 31st.

FRESHMAN FIRST DAY
July 31, 2008, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Freshman only attend classes. Buses will run, no lunch will be served.
