The Choctaw Jamboree is tonight, with kick off beginning at 7 PM. The Choctaws will play at 8 PM. Please come and support your team!

The Blood Drive on Monday, August 13th, is 12-6 PM at the Dyersburg Mall. If you are 17, you have to get a form signed by a parent. We will have a form in the office you may pick up or go to the Lifeline Blood Donation page and print one. Insure to take the form and a form of I.D with you when you donate. Also, there is a drawing for a Polaris Ranger.

Chess club will meet Monday after school in room 1016 from 3:15-4:30. Everybody is welcome to attend.

Class Officer election applications are due today.. You can access the application on your Google Classroom or on the Dyer County High School website under Parent/Student information. DCHS is excited to partner with Dyersburg Rotary to provide a new club opportunity to our students. The goal of Interact is for students to join together in service and develop world understanding and leadership skills. There will be Rotary members here during all three lunch shifts to visit with interested students about the unique opportunities Interact has to offer, including a leadership camp. Students interested in joining Interact will need to attend the service clubs meeting held next Tuesday, August 14th.

There will be a meeting after school on Tuesday, August 14th for anyone interested in joining one of the DCHS service organizations. This includes Key Club, LEO Club, and Interact Club.
